Failure Factory

Failure Factory is an interactive art installation designed as a playful safety training to help you feel more prepared to encounter failure in the future. Set within an existing installation resembling the Kohler factory, it features four hands-on activities that invite participants of all ages fail boldly in a safe and contained environment. Each activity explores a different dimension of failure: the shame it evokes, the vulnerability it requires, the limiting binary thinking around it, and shared concerns around past, current, and potential future missteps. Guests can wrap up their experience with a certificate confirming they are now more prepared to encounter failure.
